How can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation easily through the 'My Account' section or the transfer details page by clicking the 'Cancel' option.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my reservation?

Full refunds are generally provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer. Later cancellations may be subject to partial deductions according to our policies.

Can I modify my reservation after confirmation?

Yes, you can modify your transfer date and time through customer service, subject to reservation policies and driver/vehicle availability.

Can I book a transfer for multiple passengers?

Yes, you can select the number of passengers when booking a group transfer.

Can I request a stop during my transfer?

You can add extra stops during the reservation process. Ottobus provides 10 minutes of free waiting and stop time for passengers after the transfer starts.

I purchased my transfer but need to make changes. Is this possible?

After completing your payment, you can only modify passenger details. Changes to the transfer time, pickup/drop-off location, or vehicle type require cancellation and rebooking with the updated details.

Do I need to confirm my reservation after booking?

Usually, reservations are automatically confirmed once payment is completed. If you experience any issues, contact customer support.

Can I book a transfer for someone else from my account?

Yes, you can book a transfer for another person. Just enter their details correctly during the reservation process.
